Would my project be considered a construction zone?
Yes. While we follow the utmost safety protocols, we want homeowners to be safe as well. Keep any kids and pets away from our work areas until the project is complete. And please make sure that pictures are off the walls and precious items are stored safely. Also, be aware that debris will be falling around the property and could enter a neighbor’s property. It is best practice to inform your neighbors of this if your property lines are close to your roof. All debris will be cleaned up after the roof is fully complete.
When will my roof be installed?
Times will vary depending on project approval and weather. You will be notified by phone and/or email regarding your project start-date. This happens 2-3 days before the project is started.
What warranties do you offer?
We offer both workmanship and manufacturer warranties. Depending on the service, we can warranty labor up to 25 years, and depending on the manufacturer, you may get up to a 50 year roofing warranty.
Are your crews legally registered and insured?
Yes, while it’s rare that property gets damaged or an employee gets hurt, we’re well-insured so you won’t be liable for any accidents.
